From the very beginning, HSP was founded for the poorest of the poor, or those whom we call the handicapped of the society, wether it is a social, a physical or a mental handicap. Through rehabilitation in our homes or our physiotherapy programme, through education with our formal schools and our special and non formal schools, through our health care programmes, we give them the possibility to reintegrate the society.
